Dr. Zamber brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate management and business development extending across the public, private and non-profit arenas. Dr. Zamber has helped build profitable companies in the healthcare, petroleum exploration, consumer products, Internet technology and media industries.

Dr. Zamber is a co-founder and Managing Director of the highly acclaimed and award winning music video production company, Fifgen Films, which has produced YouTube music videos that have accumulated over 1 billion collective views. Clients include John Legend, Pentatonix, Lindsey Stirling, Kenny Rogers, Oak Ridge Boys, Home Free and Peter Hollens. Additionally, Dr. Zamber has served as an executive producer in conjunction with Coronet Films.

Dr. Zamber is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and founder of International Vision Quest, a non-profit organization that performs humanitarian missions to those impoverished around world. He has served as an examiner with the American Board of Ophthalmologists and Secretariat for State Affairs with the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is the 2009 recipient of Notre Dame’s prestigious Harvey Foster Humanitarian Award. He now serves on the advisory board of Feed My Starving Children, one of the highest rated and fastest growing charities in the country. FMSC packages and distributes more than 250 million meals a year to starving children around the globe.

Dr. Zamber received his bachelor’s degree with high honors from the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree with honors from the University of Washington.



A total fusion of creative and executive energy for over two decades, David Polemeni’s passion for innovation and profitable deal making in the worlds of music publishing, production and artist development come together in his role as CEO of Visionary Entertainment and Media and as a General Partner in Visionary Private Equity Group.

In 2006, the deal David made for the sale of the Foghat/Dave Pevrett Estate (including the hits “Slow Ride” and “Fool For the City”) earned coverage in Forbes Magazine, and was a contributing factor in the rise of Bicycle Music as a major force in the indie publishing world. Later, as the Senior VP/GM of Film and Television for S1 Songs, he oversaw the licensing and creative staff of the NY and LA operations and formed partnerships with music supervisors and filmmakers up until S1’s sale to Chrysalis Music.  

Throughout his career, David has represented the music of Sheryl Crow, Tim McGraw, Evanescence, Creed, Lifehouse, Drowning Pool, John Denver, Johnny Mercer, Norman Whitfield, Jose Feliciano and Leon Russell, among others.

The longtime music publisher is now expanding into the world of film production. In addition to a joint venture with BMG Music Rights Management – to acquire music underscores– Visionary has partnered with Coronet Films and producer Deborah Del Prete (The Wedding Planner, Green Street Hooligans). David is Executive Producer of the first independent film produced under this venture, the upcoming Locating Silver Lake, starring Josh Peck (Drake & Josh, Grandfathered) and Finn Wittrock (La La Land).



Clayton McDonnell brings over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurial ventures, small business management, client relations, and partnership development. In his role as Executive Vice President for MAXJAZZ, a Grammy-nominated independent record label, Clayton managed all label operations including A&R initiatives, product design, manufacturing, global distribution, strategic licensing, event planning, marketing and public relations for the label. He directed new release initiatives for over 50 of the label's nationally-charting vocal and instrumental recordings. Clayton has planned and executed numerous release events and label showcases with nationally-recognized institutions and venues including The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Yoshi's at Jack London Square, Jazz St. Louis and Jazz Standard. His leadership led to exponential growth and the eventual sale of the label’s catalog to Mack Avenue Records.

Previously, Clayton spent several years in Atlanta, GA working in the brand marketing division of Ketchum Public Relations where he helped create and implement nationwide publicity and communications programs for Fortune 500 clients including The Clorox Company, Delta Airlines and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.

Clayton received his BA in Communications from New York University.



Mr. Grenley has over 25 years’ experience in financial management, business development and entrepreneurial experience, including corporate development and investor relations. This financial experience includes managing and growing early stage organizations with equity capital. Mr. Grenley's broader financial management experience includes over 10 years of direct portfolio management and investment expertise including common and preferred stock, stock options, corporate and municipal bonds as well as syndicated investments and private placements.

Specifically relating to the Entertainment industry, Mr. Grenley has had considerable experience in film finance, ranging from developing the corporate finance structure, and securing the financing, around the production of slates of films for large investment bank sponsored private placements to specific single picture projects in collaboration with Brad Wilson, then Director of Development for Robert Duvall Productions.

Mr. Grenley holds a BA in Economics from Duke University.



Nick Sciorra is a digital media, emerging technology and entertainment rights attorney and strategist with over 20 years of business and legal affairs and digital revenue strategy expertise advising digital media, app development, social media and mobility executives and creators in the development and procurement of profit-defined global growth objectives. Founder of Sciorra Media Group, Nick has in-depth entertainment and digital media transactional deal experience for acquisition, license and distribution of content assets; negotiation, drafting and deal analysis across multiple digital and mobile distribution platforms and in respect of various advanced digital revenue structures.
